Florida Gun Exchange offers medical and prescription drug coverage to our Full Time associates and their families.
Dental and Vision Insurance
So few companies offer Dental and Vision Insurance anymore, but at Florida Gun Exchange we understand the importance of both. Coverage is offered for Full Time associates and their families.
Holiday Pay
Florida Gun Exchange offers 6 paid holidays a year for eligible associates.
401(k) Savings Plan
After the first 12-months of employment, all regular full-time Florida Gun Exchange associates are eligible to participate in our 401(k) Savings Plan. The company matches associate’s 401(k) deferral dollar for dollar on the first 3% and 50% of the next 2% (subject to annual limits).
Paid Time Off (Vacation & Personal Time)
We believe it’s important to take time away from work and we encourage people to take vacations. Florida Gun Exchange associates can earn time that is based on position within the company and number of hours worked.
Associate Referral Incentive
Referrals are important to Florida Gun Exchange. Associates that refer job candidates will receive an incentive if that person is hired by Florida Gun Exchange.
